Summoned one day by Phil, almost accidentally. Cletus has decided that life in the mortal domain is quite enjoyable. He pops up from time to time to provide assistance that is in no way helpful at all, or to sit back and mock the hapless residents of the dorm (usually invloving the words "Retard" or "Retarded"). He takes drinking and smoking to a new level. His other duty around here is providing rantings when rantings are due. Be careful about lending him your things. They usually come back broken, or don't come back at all. And he's been known to punch mothers in the face.
